Ozzy Osbourne is the legendary singer songwriter and vocalist of the British metal band, Black Sabbath. Ozzy Osbourne has quite a large gallery of tattoos on his body, mostly on his arms and chest area.
The tattoos on his chest include, a large blue Chinese dragon head with flames on the right side of his chest, and on the left side is a hooded vampire skull with a crack in the middle of its head. On his left arm is a tattoo of a Gargoyle carrying the head of a zombie looking vampire woman. He also has a dagger of sorts on his forearm with the name "Mom" on a small banner.
He has a very colorful sleeve tattoo on his right arm, which looks to contain a dragon, flames and a claw among several other things. A rose with the name of his wife "Sharon" is on his upper right arm. Some of Ozzy's other tattoo designs include, a small stick man, two smiley faces, one on each knee, and his famous OZZY on the knuckles of his left hand. Ozzy Osbourne has plenty of tattoos of his own, but he advised his daughter Kelly against getting inked because he was afraid she'd regret it later.
He explained: "The trouble with tattoos is they're addictive. I've known girls who start out with a flower on their ankle, and three months later they've got an entire battle scene across their a**e.
"When my own daughter got tattoos, I said to her, 'Fashions come and go. One day you may resent what you did to your body'."
The Black Sabbath singer admitted he particularly regrets having a smiley faced etched onto his knee when he was much younger.
Ozzy added to The Sunday Times Magazine: "It's one thing being young and beautiful with a tattoo, another when you're a grandma with a floppy dagger on your arm.
"There are times when even I wake up and look at the smiley face I drew on my knee and think, 'What the f**k did I do that for?' Getting them done hurts like crazy too."

The "Rocker Tattoo" on his upper left arm was paid for by Chris Weber
Below that there's the "Victory or Death" tattoo.The motto of the 32nd Armored Regiment of the U.S. Army.One of Axl's favourite mottos from what I know.
On his upper right arm there's the "Black Rose" tattoo.Thin Lizzy's album cover.Thin Lizzy is one of Axl's favourite bands.
Below this tattoo there's the tattoo of a woman with black hair who is said to be Michelle(the girl that Axl used to date and the woman he wrote the song "Michelle" for).
On his right forearm there's the Appetite Cross tattoo.He got it at the Sunset Strip Tattoo by Robert Benedetti.The tattoo has the skulls of all the past GN'R members on it.
All these tattoos were done around 1984-85.As you can see in some Hollywood Rose photos(Axl's band before GN'R) Axl has no tattoos so I'm guessing that he had his tattoos done when GN'R were formed.
Now,from 1994 to 2001 he had three more tattoos done.One on each leg and the third one on his left wrist.The one on his wrist is a skull chain but unfortunately I'm not sure about the ones on his legs cause there isn't a clear pic of them.

Axl's Black Rose Tattoo

We know Axl has the Black Rose tattoo off the Thin Lizzy album cover, but does any one have any articles where axl mentions Thin Lizzy? If some one has some information on that it would be truly appreciated.

Since 1994 to 2001 Axl has three news tattoos,one on each leg and the third one on his left wrist.
The one on his wrist is a skull chain but I'm not sure about the ones on his legs cause i haven´t seen a clear picture of them, so actually i don´t know the meaning of those tattoos.
Maybe because of the years the cross tattoo  has lost the color, but i`m not really sure cause in the most of Axl`s new pictures  his arms are cover.
